Signing in​

Open the Chrono One shell and enter your work email and password. One login grants access to every integrated Chrono product — you will not be asked to sign in again when moving between products.

The dashboard​

After sign-in you land on the Home / Dashboard. Each product card shows its deep-link sections and an Open button. Click any deep link to jump straight to that section.

Use the left sidebar to switch between products and their sections. Navigation is client-side — nothing reloads and your place in each product is preserved.

Your identity​

The header shows your avatar and display name. The dropdown lets you return to the dashboard or sign out.

Running into “access restricted”?​

If you see “You don’t have access to this section”, your account lacks the required role or product permission. Use Back to Home and contact a Chrono administrator to request elevation.

If a product won’t load​

The shell shows “This product couldn’t be loaded” with a Retry button. Retry, or return to home and try again later. Product outages do not affect the rest of the suite.
